We hope you've kept rugged up over these past few blustery days. Prepare for the week ahead as there's more of the same forecast for this weekend.

Clear out the fridge on Saturday with "weekend soup" - a great way to use up leftover vegies, make space for the next fresh delivery and excellent for lunch at work during the week.

Remember, if you're not getting through the 2&5 seasonal box each week you are not eating enough fruit and vegetables in your diet.

For the colder forecast we've posted Goulash on the meal plan. A hearty beef and paprika dish of Hungarian origin, it's mildly spicy and fantastic served with spuds and a dollop of sour cream - perfect for getting the boys around on Saturday to watch the Rugby.

We're flicking the calendar over to August - check out "what's best"!
Also on our blog are links to Limes & Lycopene for Kathryn Elliot's 31 days to a better diet.

We've also found a new website called cookthink that will be a great tool for using those
lesser-known ingredients that turn up in your seasonal boxes.

...and don't forget, our ambassador programme can earn you cheaper groceries...

Show your friends how much you care - forward this message on so they get the inside scoop too!
